Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-7 business days. During busy seasons or sales, processing may take a bit longer. We're a small operation and make everything by hand with love!

Shipping Times

  • US Orders: 5-10 business days after shipping
  • International Orders: 10-20 business days after shipping (times vary by country)

Shipping times begin once your order leaves our hands, not when you place your order.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Please use this to track your package.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once we hand your package to the shipping carrier, it's out of our control. We'll do our best to help track down missing packages, but ultimately the carrier is responsible. We cannot replace or refund lost or stolen packages once they've been marked as delivered.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We're not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses that you provided.

International Orders & Customs

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes charged by their country. We have no control over these fees. If you refuse a package due to customs charges, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.

We want you to love our products! If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us at hello@wildsrising.com within 60 days of receiving your order.

Returns

Due to the consumable and handmade nature of our herbal products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, we stand behind our products.

Refunds & Replacements

We offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Products that arrive damaged
  • Missing items from your order
  • Orders that never arrive (we'll work with the carrier first)
  • Products with quality issues

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Broken glass containers damaged in shipping
  • Packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation
  • Allergic reactions (please read ingredients carefully!)
  • Change of mind or scent/color preference

How to Request a Refund

  • Your order number
  • Photos of any damaged products
  • A description of the issue

We'll respond within 2-3 business days and work with you to make things right.

Allergies & Sensitivities

Please read all ingredient lists carefully before ordering. We're not responsible for allergic reactions. If you're unsure about an ingredient, contact us before purchasing. Always patch test new products on a small area of skin first.
